This site is about access, getting a broker account that reaches Polymarket, Kalshi, and sharp Asian bookmakers from one place. None of that changes the underlying risk. Betting and prediction-market trading are activities where you can lose your full stake, and for some people they become a problem that costs more than money. We'd rather say that plainly here than bury it in a footer.
18 and over
Every product discussed on this site, and every broker linked from it, is restricted to adults, 18 or older, or the legal age in your jurisdiction if that's higher. If you're not of legal age, none of this is for you.
Signs worth paying attention to
Chasing a loss with a bigger stake. Betting money set aside for something else. Losing track of time or how much you've put in. Feeling like you need to bet to feel normal, not to enjoy it. Any one of these, on its own, isn't necessarily a crisis. A pattern of them is worth taking seriously.
Tools that actually help
Most licensed brokers and bookmakers, including the ones covered on this site, offer deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools directly in the account settings. Set a limit before you need it, not after. It's a five-minute task that does more than any amount of willpower in the moment.
Where to get help
If betting has stopped feeling like something you control, independent, free support exists and isn't tied to any operator:
- BeGambleAware (UK), begambleaware.org
- Gamblers Anonymous (international), gamblersanonymous.org
- National Council on Problem Gambling (US), 1-800-522-4700, ncpgambling.org
If you're outside these regions, a search for "problem gambling helpline" plus your country will usually surface a local, free service faster than we can list every one here.
Our part in this
We write about broker access because the mechanism is genuinely underexplained, not to encourage betting beyond what anyone's comfortable with. Nothing on this site is written to push past a limit you've already set for yourself.
